Signed in as an admin, go to Settings → API & Integrations → API and click Create New Token. There is nothing to export: the token lets LodgeHQ read the workspace directly, and it sees exactly what its Agentcis user sees, which is why it should be an admin's.
Open Data Migration, choose Agentcis, and enter your workspace address and the token. LodgeHQ reads the workspace read-only — however large it is, showing how far it has got — and shows exactly what will be created before anything is imported: the clients, matters, leads, notes, tasks, appointments, colleges and agents it found, and anything it could not read.
The import runs on our servers, so you can close the tab; you get an email when it starts and another when it finishes, and the whole thing can be undone. Connecting again later tops up what you already imported with whatever is new and never creates anything twice, so you can keep lodging in Agentcis right up to the day you switch.
Once every active matter is live in LodgeHQ, cancel your old subscription and bank the savings. Your documents have already come across with the import — every file on your clients and on your applications' checklists — and anything that could not is named in the import's report.

Choose Agentcis on LodgeHQ's Data Migration page, connect with an API token from your Agentcis workspace (Settings → API & Integrations → API; the import only reads, nothing in Agentcis changes), and preview exactly what will be created before anything is imported: clients with their contact details and passport, every application as a matter with its stage, matter type and assignee (a course application as a student course enrolment matter), leads and prospects, notes as file notes, custom fields word for word, your open tasks and past appointments, each client's education history and English test, your colleges as providers, your super agents and sub agents as referral partners, and your documents — every file on a client and on an application's checklist, filed on its matter. Nothing to export, nothing in Agentcis changes, and the import can be undone from the same page — the colleges, partners and agents it adds to those two lists stay, since an enrolment or a matter may already point at one. Because Agentcis publishes no commission rate for a college or an agent, an imported college arrives with its commission shown as Not set and an imported agent at 0%, for you to set.
